Hi! My name is Shannon Sanches,
I am the proud owner of Shannon Leigh Photography. I am a professional newborn, maternity & family photographer with a specially dedicated studio located in Milford, Ma and a 5 Acre Farm in Mendon, Ma. I serve the utmost amazing clients in and around the entire Boston and Metrowest area.
The first precious weeks of a newborn are some of the most fast and memorable moments you will ever have. Parents memories are foggy from sleep deprivation and exhaustion and that's where I come in. I will capture those moments and details from the side of your hospital bed all the way to the studio or your very own home. These images are your ticket back in time, if only for a moment, you will remember what your baby looked like and I take that role very seriously.
When I am not photographing in the studio or on my farm, I'm busy being a hard working wife, momma and real estate agent! I know it is hard to sort through the endless map of photographers to find the one that is right for you...clicking away aimlessly with so many questions and hesitations in your mind. I hope to put all of that to rest for you!
My style is very simple, I’m a lover of all colors and shadows, but I also love neutrals just as much. My favorite time of day is sunset which is the only time of day I will shoot my outdoor sessions. The rich golden light is my signature. I am not much into traditional posing and photography. I don't follow the rules or the trends but I will give you a combination of authentically staged, natural life poses with my personal creativity. Baby is the boss in my sessions. I will follow the flow of babies comfort level with posing, wrapping and props. I prefer my clients to be comfortable, natural and as they are in their most carefree state. Playing, cuddling, twirling, tickling, letting the wind blow through their hair, and interacting. I try to convey meaningful, memorable, raw moments. I want your photos to bring you back in time and touch a special place in your heart that you will never forget was there. I hope you are as excited as I am!
